AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CONNER, PROVINCE OF KALINGA-APAYAO, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Health, a district hospital in the Municipality of Conner, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, to be known as the Conner District Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
