Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of San Vicente, Province of Palawan, to be known as the San Vicente Municipal Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Department of Health in consultation and coordination with local government officials concerned, shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of the Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the establishment of the hospital shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law; thereafter, funds necessary for its maintenance and operation shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Code.

Section 4
