SECTION 1. There shall be established a ten-bed capacity emergency hospital in the Municipality of Diadi, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, to be known as the Diadi Emergency Hospital.

SECTION 1. There shall be established a ten-bed capacity emergency hospital in the Municipality of Diadi, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, to be known as the Diadi Emergency Hospital.
SEC. 2. The Department of Health, in consultation and coordination with the local government officials concerned, shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the establishment of the hospital shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following the enactment of this Act into law; thereafter, funds necessary for its maintenance and operation shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Code or the applicable law at the time.
