AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN GABRIEL, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a vocational high school in the Municipality of San Gabriel, Province of La Union, to be known as the San Gabriel Vocational High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
