Section 1
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a high school at Barangay 37-D, Quezon Boulevard, Davao City, to be known as Trading National High School.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
Section 3
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to implement the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
