AN ACT CONVERTING THE BALAGUNAN BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. TOMAS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE BALAGUNAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Balagunan Barangay High School in the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Province of Davao, is converted into a national high school to be known as the Balagunan National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
