AN ACT CONVERTING THE TUBOD BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, PROVINCE OF CEBU, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TUBOD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Tubod Barangay High School in the Municipality of Minglanilla, Province of Cebu, is hereby converted into a national high school, to be known as the Tubod National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
