Section 1

SECTION 1. The Perez Quezon Academy, a secondary school in the Municipality of Perez, Quezon Province, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Perez National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Perez Quezon Academy are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Perez National High School.

Section 4

SEC. 4. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 5

SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Lapsed into law on May 18, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
