Section 1

SECTION 1. The existing Albay Provincial Hospital in Legazpi City is hereby converted into a regional training and teaching hospital to be known as the Bicol Regional Training and Teaching Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Lapsed into law on June 15, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
