AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN LUIS, PROVINCE OF AURORA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN LUIS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of San Luis, Province of Aurora, to be known as the San Luis National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on June 15, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
