SECTION 1. The name of the Eastern Visayas Science High School in Candahug, Palo, Leyte, shall be changed to Philippine Science High School-Eastern Visayas Campus.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The students of the Philippine Science High School-Eastern Visayas Campus shall enjoy the same benefits and privileges as the students of the Philippine Science High School in Diliman, Quezon City.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Lapsed into law on June 15, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
