SECTION 1. Section 2 of Presidential Decree No. 260, as amended, is hereby further amended to include as historical landmark all ancestral houses along Rizal Street, Silay City, Negros Occidental.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The executive director and/or chairman of the National Historical Institute shall implement the provisions of this Act.
Section 3
SEC. 3. All laws, decrees, orders, rules and regulations and other issuances or parts thereof inconsistent with this Act shall be repealed or amended accordingly.
Section 4
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon approval. Lapsed into law on June 15, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
