AN ACT CREATING THE GOGON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DONSOL, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Gogon, Municipality of Donsol, Province of Sorsogon under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, to be known as the Gogon National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
