Section 1

SECTION 1. The name of the Eastern Samar National Comprehensive High School in the Municipality of Borongan, Eastern Samar, is hereby changed to Eastern Samar National Polytechnic School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Eastern Samar National Polytechnic School shall be under the supervision of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) EDGARDO J. ANGARA (Sgd.) JOSE DE VENECIA, JR. President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which originated in the House of Representative was finally passed by the House of Representatives and Senate on February 16, 1995 and February 15, 1995, respectively.
