AN ACT CONVERTING THE PALAWAN NATIONAL SCHOOLNARRA BRANCH-SANDOVAL ANNEX IN BARANGAY SANDOVAL, MUNICIPALITY OF NARRA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE SANDOVAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1.The existing Palawan National School-Narra Branch-Sandoval Annex in Barangay Sandoval, Municipality of Narra, Province of Palawan, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Sandoval National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. All personnel, records, assets and properties, including buildings, sites, and the improvements thereof, obligations, funds and appropriations of the Palawan National School-Narra Branch-Sandoval Annex are hereby transferred to the Sandoval National High School.

Section 4

SEC. 4. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 5

SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
