AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CASIGURAN, PROVINCE OF AURORA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LUAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of Casiguran, Province of Aurora, to be known as the Lual National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, Lapsed into law on February 13, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
