AN ACT CONVERTING THE MANINGALAO BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN LAS NIEVES, AGUSAN DEL NORTE, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The barangay high school of Barangay Maningalao in the Municipality of Las Nieves, Agusan del Norte, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Maningalao High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Upon organization of Maningalao High School, all assets, liabilities, personnel, equipment and records of the Maningalao Barangay High School shall be transferred to the Maningalao High School.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby empowered to promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 5

SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
