AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY AND VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY BARONG-BARONG, MUNICIPALITY OF BROOKE'S POINT, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE GOVERNOR ALFREDO ABUEG, SR. NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY AND VOCATIONAL MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national technology and vocational high school in Barangay Barong-Barong, Municipality of Brooke's Point, Province of Palawan, to be known as the Governor Alfredo Abueg, Sr. National Technology and Vocational Memorial High School. Its curriculum shall give emphasis on technology and vocational training education.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, Lapsed into law on April 4, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
