AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ARAYAT, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ARAYAT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in the Municipality of Arayat, Province of Pampanga, to be known as the Arayat National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue and publish rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect within fifteen (15) days after its publication in Filipino and English in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
