Section 1
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a regional science high school in the Cordillera Administrative Region to be named as the Cordillera Regional Science High School to be located in the Municipality of La Trinidad, Benguet Province.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports, in collaboration and coordination with the Department of Science and Technology, shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
