Section 1

SECTION 1. The Thirtieth day of August of every year is hereby declared as a special nonworking public holiday in the Municipality of Sinacaban, Province of Misamis Occidental.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, Lapsed into law on November 27, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
