AN ACT SEPARATING THE CONNER NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL - (RIPANG ANNEX HIGH SCHOOL) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CONNER, PROVINCE OF APAYAO, FROM THE CONNER NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CONNER, AND CONVERTING IT INTO A SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE CONNER CENTRAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Conner National High School - (Ripang Annex High School) in the Municipality of Conner, Province of Apayao, is hereby separated from the Conner National High School in the Municipality of Conner, and converted into a separate and independent national high school to be known as Conner Central National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The school shall offer secondary education proper, as well as secondary science courses to carry out its objectives, and as may be authorized by the Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Conner National High School - (Ripang Annex High School) are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Conner Central National High School.

Section 5

SEC. 5. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 6

SEC. 6. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
