AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CAWAYAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BONGABONG, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO TO BE KNOWN AS THE CAWAYAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in Barangay Cawayan, Municipality of Bongabong, Province of Oriental Mindoro, to be known as the Cawayan National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
