AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SAMPALOC NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAMPALOC, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a Sampaloc National High School in the Municipality of Sampaloc, Province of Quezon.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) shall issue such rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
