AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN KAPALANGAN, GAPAN, NUEVA ECIJA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE KAPALANGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established,

under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports

(DECS), a high school in Barangay Kapalangan, Gapan, Nueva Ecija, to be known as the Kapalangan National High

School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Department of Education,

Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to

carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out

the provisions of this Act shall be included in the annual General

Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and

thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect

immediately upon its approval.

Approved, lapsed into law on January 19, 1998, without the

signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the

Constitution.
