Section 1
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a national high school in Poblacion 1-A, Municipality of Motiong, Province of Samar, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Lapsed into law on February 13, 1998, without the President's signature in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27 (1), of the Constitution.
