AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY COMMONWEALTH, SECOND DISTRICT OF QUEZON CITY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE COMMONWEALTH NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. A national high school to be known as Commonwealth National High School in the Second District of Quezon City is hereby established and shall be under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS).

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on February 13, 1998, without the President's signature in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27 (1), of the Constitution.
