SECTION 1. The Bersamin National High School in the Municipality of Alcala, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby converted, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, into an agro-industrial high school to be known as the Bersamin Agro-Industrial High School.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and guidelines to effectively implement the purpose and provisions of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Bersamin National High School. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Bersamin Agro-Industrial High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
