Section 1
Section 1. There shall be established in Barangay San Jose, Municipality of Osmeňa, Province of Zamboanga Del Norte, a national high school to be known as the San Jose National High School.

Section 2
Sec. 2. The San Jose National High School shall be under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
Section 3
Sec. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
