AN ACT ESTABLISHING A BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE BARANGAY OF TAMBONGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF CANDIJAY, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, TO BE KNOWN AS TAMBONGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in the Barangay of Tambongan, Municipality of Candijay, Province of Bohol, to be known as the Tambongan National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the implementation of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
