AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BAGONG SILANG, KALOOKAN CITY, TO BE KNOWN AS KALAYAAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school at Phase 10 in Bagong Silang, First District of Kalookan City, to be known as Kalayaan National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
