AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MARAS, MUNICIPALITY OF SINDANGAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, TO BE KNOWN AS MARAS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Maras, Municipality of Sindangan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, to be known as Maras National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
