AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY NATULONGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF KIBAWE , PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, TO BE KNOWN AS THE KIBAWE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Natulongan, Municipality of Kibawe, Province of Bukidnon, to be known as the Kibawe National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
