Section 1

SECTION 1. A public national high school in Barangay Mabini, Municipality of Escalante, Province of Negros Occidental, shall be established under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provision of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) ERNESTO M. MACEDA (Sgd.) JOSE DE VENECIA JR.
