Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Manggitahan in the Municipality of Dilasag, Province of Aurora, to be known as the Manggitahan National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) NEPTALI A. GONZALES (Sgd.) JOSE DE VENECIA JR.
