SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of Bagabag, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, to be known as the Bagabag National High School.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, March 28,2000.
