Section 1

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Republic Act Numbered Seventy-five fifty-two is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. May seven of every year is hereby declared as a special nonworking holiday in the Province of Pampanga and the City of Angeles to be known as the Jose Abad Santos Day."

Section 2 Effectivity.

SEC. 2. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days from its publication in the Official Gazette or in at least two (2) newspapers of national circulation.
