Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Lim-ao, Municipality of Kananga, Province of Leyte to be known as the Lim-ao National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4
