AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY KAPANGAN CENTRAL, MUNICIPALITY OF KAPANGAN, PROVINCE OF BENGUET TO BE KNOWN AS THE KAPANGAN CENTRAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports a national high school in Barangay Kapangan Central, Municipality of Kapangan, Province of Benguet to be known as the Kapangan Central National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
