AN ACT CONVERTING THE UNION HIGH SCHOOL IN SAN LUCAS, CALABANGA, CAMARINES SUR INTO THE UNION NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Union High School is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Union National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. All personnel, records, equipment, buildings, facilities and other properties of the Union High School are hereby transferred to the Union National High School.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Calabanga National High School - Union High School Annex. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continuous operation and maintenance of the Union National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on March 27, 2000, and June 8, 2000, respectively.
