AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SIBAGUAN, MUNICIPALITY OF SAGNAY, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SIBAGUAN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established an agro-industrial high school in Barangay Sibaguan, Municipality of Sagnay, Province of Camarines Sur, to be known as the Sibaguan Agro-Industrial High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
