AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE BARANGAYS OF ARCANGEL AND MORALES, MUNICIPALITY OF BALETE, PROVINCE OF AKLAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE JOSE FELICIANO MEÑEZ MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established a national high school in the barangays of Arcangel and Morales, Municipality of Balete, Province of Aklan, to be known as the Jose Feliciano Meñez Memorial National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby directed to take such measures as are necessary to establish the Jose Feliciano Meñez Memorial National High School.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
