AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY TUBURAN, MUNICIPALITY OF POTOTAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE NAMED AS THE JOSE FACULTAD MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established a national high school in Barangay Tuburan, Pototan, Iloilo, to be named as the Jose Facultad Memorial National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby directed to take such measures as are necessary to establish the Jose Facultad Memorial National High School.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
