SECTION 1. The Poblacion Barangay High School in the Municipality of Prosperidad, Province of Agusan del Sur is hereby absorbed by the national government and converted into a regular secondary school under the full control and supervision of the national government through the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL AT BARANGAY POBLACION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PROSPERIDAD, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR INTO A NATIONAL GOVERNMENT-FUNDED SECONDARY SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS PROSPERIDAD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SEC. 2. This school shall be known officially as the Prosperidad National High School.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
