AN ACT CONVERTING THE STA. CRUZ COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL AT STA. CRUZ, ROSARIO, AGUSAN DEL SUR INTO A NATIONAL GOVERNMENT-FUNDED SECONDARY SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE STA. CRUZ NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Sta. Cruz Community High School at Barangay Sta. Cruz, Municipality of Rosario, Province of Agusan del Sur is hereby converted into a national secondary school under the control and supervision of the national government through the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This school shall be known officially as the Sta. Cruz National High School.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
