Section 1

SECTION 1. A secondary school in Barangay Lower Bala, Municipality of Magsaysay, Province of Davao del Sur shall be established under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports to be known as the Lower Bala National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3
