SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Kuya, Municipality of Maramag, Province of Bukidnon, to be known as the Kuya National High School.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
