AN ACT CONVERTING THE TAMBONGON BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL OF BARANGAY TAMBONGON, MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE TAMBONGON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATE FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Tambongon Barangay High School of Barangay Tambongon, Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley Province is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Tambongon National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
