Section 1

SECTION 1. The Araibo High School Annex of Barangay Araibo, Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley Province shall be converted into and known as the Araibo National High School under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS).

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
