AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SECONDARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SINAWILAN, MUNICIPALITY OF MATANAO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR TO BE KNOWN AS THE SINAWILAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. A secondary school in Barangay Sinawilan, Municipality of Matanao, Province of Davao del Sur shall be established under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports to be known as the Sinawilan National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
